At an Alrode warehouse, SFE successfully installed new fire and smoke ventilation systems. The warehouse will be ventilated with 18 galvanized, back flashing smoke ventilators with fusible linkages, allowing hot, hazardous gas to flow out of the structure. All smoke ventilation is installed in accordance with SANS 10400 construction codes.
